Outdoor Shower: To help keep the home fresh and sand-free, please use the outdoor shower before entering the house after the beach. Beach Towels: Kindly leave beach towels to dry outside in the designated area next to the back door. This helps prevent moisture indoors and keeps everything comfortable for everyone. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the property. We truly appreciate your cooperation in keeping the air clean and pleasant for all guests. NO Pets. Failure to comply will result in a $250 fine. If any damage caused by a pet is identified during inspection, repair or replacement costs will also be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all future guests. Early Check-In or Late Check-out Depending on availability and cleaning schedule, with a $25 fee to help cover adjustments to inspection and preparation.
